1. Lulus SMK : mesin/listrik/elektro/ otomotif/jaringan atau SMA IPA tahun 2012

2. Belum memiliki pengalaman kerja
2. Status lajang, umur 18-21 tahun
3. TB min pria=165 cm
4. Nilai rata2 ijazah=6,5 dg nilai
matematika min=5
5. Sehat jasmani dan tidak berkacamata
6. Tidak dikenakan biaya apapun selama seleksi maupun setelah bekerja
